It must be up to me to make the first post ...
Welcome to the Library at Fongoolia! Now that you've joined this book club and, we request that you submit a list of books for consideration. That list can be as long or as short as you choose. Once a month one of the mods pick a book at random from one of the lists, making sure it matches our criteria (please see our info page for details). We will post the book on Friday, giving the members the weekend to procure the book. The mods will break the book down into sections per week, which will post the next Monday, so that our more careful readers know not to read posts that may contain spoilers. Anyone who wishes to participate that month reads the book, and we have great and powerful discussions, as well as an ironclad excuse to buy and read books.

So let's get this party started!

I am looking forward to this club. I don't have books to suggest. I'm a loser. Sorry.

I have a book that I'd like to suggest It is Strangewood by Christopher Golden

I have been wanting to read this book for a while, and haven't had the chance to pick it up, so I am happy to be the first to give a suggestion!

And now that I've been to amazon.com, "The Myth Hunters - Book one" by the same author (Christopher Golden) also looks really good.

Alas, at the moment, the only books I can think of are books that you all have probably already read (I am woefully behind in my mind-candy quota).

It also doesn't seem fair to suggest books you might not have read, but I already did.
